「今夜は日本橋に泊まります」と背の高いカップルが荷物を預けに来られました。

「あなた、その格好寒くないの？」と彼女に言われた男性は上着を着て一緒に出ていかれました。

すぐ戻ってきて
「この服は暑い！」
「えー！今日は寒いよ・・・」
「僕、太ってるから！」と笑顔で冗談を言う彼。

"We're staying in Nihonbashi tonight," said a tall couple as they dropped off their luggage.

"Aren't you cold in that outfit?" the woman asked the man, and he put on a jacket and left with her.

He came back soon after and said,
"These clothes are hot!"
"Oh! It's cold today..."
"It's because I'm fat!" he joked with a smile.
